Our motto in this organization is to develop products that improve lives and to apply modern biotechnology to crop production an area which holds great promises for farmers and also for entrepreneurs and consumers in general. We understand that it would be difficult to achieve different beneficial applications by using conventional techniques. We are trying to apply modern technology and thinking not only to improve agricultural productivity and rural development but also to contribute towards reductions in the environmental impact of conventional farming. We aim to promote the green technology for managing environmental impacts, unemployment and creating energy from plants.

Our History

‘Airbridge Scaffolding Pvt. Ltd.’ was established in 1991 under the inspiring leadership and guidance of Shri Tapas Porel, Chairman and Managing Director. His intellect, foresight, dynamic endeavor and unstinted sincerity has not only helped Airbridge Scaffolding to gain appreciation in the international market but has also helped him to receive wide acclaim in 14 overseas countries, even today.

Airbridge Scaffolding (www.airbridge-india.com) which began its journey from a small shade is today the proud beholder of three large factories, complemented by expertise of three hundred qualified professionals, skilled and unskilled workers, involved directly and indirectly.

To explore the inputs of gifts nature and to generate rural employment and  development, a new company ‘Airbridge Dryflora’ has emerged(www.airbridgedryflora.com ).Nature's so called waste and mostly unusable biodegradable wealth is used to create innovative items of aesthetic value and export them to the foreign markets. This remarkable endeavors has not only generated a wave of rural employment but has nurtured fresh hopes and happiness into the minds of the rural people.

‘Airbridge Greens’ (www.airbridgegreens.com ), a new feather of success in the crown of ‘Airbridge Group’ is a milestone to expand rural employment and activities. One of its major objectives is to produce Biodiesel. We are the pioneer in the Northern, North-Eastern and Eastern region in Biodiesel production. We have installed a Biodiesel plant at Howrah, West Bengal, India. We have a working Biodiesel plant with production capacity of 30,000 L/Day and soon we are planning to extend capacity with 100,000 L/day under the brand name of “green Diesel” – Biofuel. As per Biodiesel policy of Govt. of India, we will supply Biodiesel as per the standards specified by “Bureau of Indian Standards” for Biodiesel – IS: 15607-2005.

Employment in India has a story similar to the story of a night, usually dark only to be lit up brightly by borrowing light from nature. Airbridge Greens is a name which has risen for enlightening the darkness of poverty and unemployment of rural India, the biggest setback against upliftment. We are trying our best to restrain this giant problem and willing to take a share of this a national problem.

Airbridge Greens is based on four core ideas – rural development, self employment, innovation and action – easy to say, very hard to implement and live, on a daily basis. The business provides specialist employment service to disadvantage people. We endeavor to affect positive change in their employment prospects, enabling them to develop skills and to improve their livelihood prospects.
